Although the store is very nice, the people working there are irresponsible and seem incompetent. I went to buy a pair of earrings and as I came to the register it took them at least a minute to acknowledge my presence, and then they argued for another minute because neither of them wanted to serve me. It was completely ridiculous and I was very tempted to leave without purchasing anything. I will not be returning there.

Was expecting better. A lot of cool tools and interesting items. The cloths aren't really good though sadly .

Our experience was completely horrible. To begin with, we couldn't find any clothes that we were searching for. Then, we started to see an employee that worked there that was pregnant following us throughout the store. At first we didn't really care and continued to shop but when she followed us upstairs while there was no one in the store, we knew something was up. While we were in the sale section, she was literally waiting for us to get out. She kept staring at us with this grin on her face. When we finally got out, we went downstairs and so did she. She was looking at our bags all the time and literally following us every single step we made. She even pretended to rearrange the clothes while keeping an eye on us. We weren't even able to shop normally because of her presence. Then it got worse. We then realized a guy working there was also closely watching us and everything we touched. They were both communicating by walky talky. At one point they were so annoyed, they kept winking at each other and staring at us as if we were criminals. At that point, we were so pissed off we wanted to stay there all day to annoy them even more. The problem was they thought we were stealing things even if we barely touched the clothes. We could see in their face that they wanted to kick us out and their expressions let us think that they were really mad. We were debating on what we should do so we continued to walk around the store and they both had an eye on every single move we made. I might add that we are 16 years old and that we were shopping very normally and we were actually intending to buy stuff. We then took action and approached the pregnant girl and said: "Would you like to check our bags? Because you keep following us everywhere as if we were criminals." She then replied: "No, I was only doing my job. I'm the store manager and I'm just on the floor watching the store." We then said: "Are you sure? Can we keep shopping without you following us everywhere?" She said: "Yes" with a sarcastic look on her face. We then finished off: " Thank you very much. Have a good day." As we walked out of the store, we could see her telling the whole story to the other guy who didn't stop watching us. So this was basically our worse experience as we were followed throughout the store by a manager and her coworker who were apparently "doing their job". This completely ruined our day and I am not stepping back in that store again. This was the worse we've been treated ever by a employee in our life. We hope some of the Urban Outfitters stores see this so they can understand how to treat their clients.
