  If you're coming on the weekends for the free service, come early in the morning (10 am) to avoid the long wait times.

  When an employee gives you attitude like you owe her and because she knows it all and better, it’s pretty frustrating. Not helpful at all, and even went to the manager to get him on her side and he just answered blindly the same things without even figuring out options. Very disappointed. Definitely recommand to go to Montreal instead of these low minded people.

  C'était ma première expérience dans un Apple store et j'ai trouvé ça correct mais pas impressionnant. Il y a plusieurs stations où essayer les divers appareils mais le service est moyen. J'ai eu l'impression qu'on était vraiment pressé de se débarrasser de moi au lieu de bien me conseiller et je trouve ça moche que Apple n'ait presque aucun stocks de leurs divers appareils dans les magasins de grande surface ce qui nous force à faire 2 heures de route pour aller chercher un simple produit

  Worst client service ever. Plus a bad attitude from certain employee. Instead of helping clients that spend lots of money they make things more complicated to waste even more time. So disappointed, and definitely should go to Montreal instead where people understands the time issues and how to treat clients. #fail

  I always come here when I have an issue with my Apple products. They always have a solution to provide and free checkups/updates they perform to make sure your devices are at their best.

  I then called again the Dix30 applestore and I was told that the Fido service was still down. I told them that the service was functional at the other 2 Applestores in the area and they only said that they could not do anything about it. Bad service.

  I tried to get a new iPhone yesterday and I was told that the Fido server was down so they could not do the upgrade. I tried to call this morning and they said that the Fido service was not restored.

  I then called the Applestore in downtown Montreal and in Laval. The Montreal store said that the Fido service was functional. The Laval store said that they were having problems but that the service was now functional.
