  So I come back after 17 days and get told that there us absolutely nothing they can do because the policy is 14 days for returns. I try explaining the situation and they keep telling me that it is impossible that someone might have said such thing.

  So after explaining them that it actually happened and that I'm very unhappy about keeping a 700$ camera I didn't use and don't need, abd arguing back and forth, she calls her boss and suddenly now it is okay.

  Reserved a product and waited in store for 20 mins and told me they dont have it lol and the people working at the return&reserve look like i owe them money

  The employees behind the return counter were terribly boring and made me wait for at least 15 minutes for procedures. I tried returning a camera I bought for a trip, but the camera just wasn't what I was looking for so I wanted a refund. Before buying I even asked the salesperson about the return policies and clearly told him I was gone for 9 days. He told me there were no problems since the policy was 30 days for cameras as long as all the equipment were still good with the boxes.

  Not the best Best Buy experience I had and sadly I rarely go to this one. Sure thing, I don't plan on buying somthing I might return at this one.

  Worst service!! Had to return my tv 2 times because they didnt stop giving me destroyed tvs as replacement. Employees didnt know what the hell they where doing for the exchange and none of the managers near them bothered helping them
