    Recently bought a nylons bone and it smelled very bad and oily on the surface! Obviously defected product. But this shop refused to exchanged (I wasn't asking for a refund) as it was opened! Thank god I check it before giving it to my dog! Be very careful when you purchase any product from this shop esp. Nylon bone I described above. I am certain they can return to manufacturer for return or restock but they are probably too lazy to do.
