  This is a pet showroom! Have you seen the new mascot, Mr. Pickle the african bullfrog? The animals prices are higher than other pet shops but it's totally worth the visit.

  Aquarium staff was incredibly rude. We encountered two employees who were very angry for no reason (we were literally just standing there looking at fish, hoping to buy one when one came up to us and started listing how you need to be qualified to purchase a fish in a very blunt and rude way. Keep in mind: we didn't even SAY we were planning on buying a fish, nor did we approach an employee) and when we asked a question we were yelled and sworn at. This is unacceptable service. Employees should not be rude to anybody, despite how bad their day may have been.

  Worst customer services experience. I had issues with my Aquarium filter. I complained 8 months ago for the the first time and had to follow up myself for 5-6 times. Every time they noted my email and phone number and asked me to wait for the response. They will discuss with their technical staff and will check with the company. But i never heard back. i got lucky last week when i decided to visit again for the follow up and they told me that I have to contact the company directly. It took them 8 months to let me know that i have to complaint to the vendor direct and not to the store. Company needs to train their store managers for guiding the customers on product warranties and complaints.

  I want to rate them one star. Because they are much more expensive than anyone selling similar things on the market, and secondly some of people working here do not have good attitude towards clients and pets. My dog was described as MONSTER with ZERO self-control. She said you better come to have it taught to behave nicely, 90$ per hour. The only reason I am giving extra one star is that it's a nice indoor place where my kids come to watch pets to escape the severe weather.

  My spouse went to buy pair of snow shoes for our dog. Came with dog. Assistant helped to choose a proper size and brand. Paid $40. Only three weeks later shoes were fill of holes.
