  I was out shopping with my family around the Dix30 area. My mother insisted we walk inside (she is a big crocs fan) and check to see what they have on special. I was less than enthusiastic at first given I've never stepped foot in a Crocs store before; not to mention I had a few preconceived mental images about their brand as I am sure some of you probably have or had as well. Well luckily enough Scott S (found out later he was the store manager) was there that day. He saw me browsing around the isles as my mother was trying on different sets of shoes (the employees were EXTREMELY patient and helpful) and approached me. When he found out it was my first time visiting, he told me something I'll never forget "you can never truly know what a Crocs shoe is, unless you physically put one on". Now I think it's important to say, I am a sales professional; my speciality is persuading people... but I appreciated his effort and decided to humor him knowing that when it comes to shoes it is difficult to find the perfect fit (I'm sure some of you also have flat feet). Well the man was telling the truth; this was the first time I ever experienced a high level of comfort dashed with foot stability in a long time (I usually buy inserts). Scott later explained that all their shoes have 3 levels of comfort and that their shoe ware was a patented technology exclusive to their name. Ironically I bought that day 3 pairs (they had leather!), while my mom didn't get anything. I think what really impressed me was the fact that Scott actually convinced me to TRY the shoes and to see for myself the quality. They weren't cheap, I can tell you that from the get-go, but I figured the durability factor and quality brings high value, unlike other products that begin breaking down after 2 or 3 months. Over the next days of wearing the shoes I noticed my legs and back stopped hurting after being on the move constantly. So I decided one good deed deserves another and have written this review.   I was looking to buy crocs shoes for the first time, but not sure where to buy them. So then I found out that they have a store at Dix 30. And i was in the area that day so I decided to check it out. I was helped by Michelle, who was very patience, knowledgeable and friendly. Since it was my first time in the store I have no clue what i want. I felt like at kid at the candy store when i saw that they have all sorts of cool colours and models. I ended up buying 2 pairs since they were having a buy one get one free sale. I’m very happy with my purchase and looking forward to going back there again :)

  Great customer service. Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to help. Lea and Megan were very helpful and will return to buy more pair in the following months. Store could be more visible was hard to find

  We were helped by Jessica today, who was very helpful and attentive. She went out of her way to accommodate us and this with a great smile. It is not often that you get a sale lady with such great attitude. Thanks!
